Ash grey skin, fiery red eyes, normal in stature. The primary in habitant of Vvardenfell, having originated in these lands as nomads originally.

Altmer

Golden skin, and normal eyes, normal in stature. They originate from the Summerset Isles. Some find themselves in Morrowind to avoid the expectations of home.

Cyrodiil

One of the races of man. Pale skin, normal eyes, normal in stature. They hail from the mainland of the Empire, the land of Cyrodiil.

Argonian

One of the beast races. Scaley skin, sharp teeth, beady eyes. A lot like a lizard man. They hail from the Black Marsh, where they prosper amongst the swamps and flood planes of the region.

Khajit

The other beast race. Furry... fur, sharp teeth, beady eyes. A lot like a cat man. They hail from Elswyr, a region to the south of Cyrodiil. The land of Moonsugar and Skooma, some would call it.
